Every Artone Signature release is manufactured and assembled entirely in-house, from cutting and plating, to pressing and packaging. Working under one roof allows the Artone team to keep a close eye on every step of the process and allows them to really go the extra mile. To begin with, only the best audio they can find is used and treated at the Artone Studio facility, the factory’s premier mastering and cutting room. Every subsequent step in their strict quality assurance chain is supervised by the factory’s most experienced colleagues, with full intention. Each detail matters; records should not only sound good, but look and feel good too. To offer Signature titles the protection they deserve, they are housed in heavy-duty Stoughton-style tip-on jackets to ensure they will stay with you for many years to come.

GOLDEN EARRING - MOONTAN
Originally released in 1973, Moontan is the album that catapulted Golden Earring to international stardom, primarily on the strength of the hit single and enduring radio favourite “Radar Love”. Eventually reaching #13 on the coveted Billboard Hot 100 in the U.S., it was subsequently covered multiple hundreds of times by U2, R.E.M., Def Leppard, and many more. To this day, Moontan is Golden Earring's most successful record internationally—it's their only album to be certified Gold by the RIAA—and certainly paved the way for the Dutch rockers in the United States.
Now, this arguably most important record in the Dutch rock canon is available as a 45RPM 2LP edition for the first time, entirely remastered and restored from the original analogue master tapes by Red Bullet catalogue and band archivist Wouter Bessels. In order to fit the album on four sides, the original LP track order was slightly changed and re-sequenced, revealing some never-before-heard oddities.
