Holland's finest and longest standing Rock band Golden Earring were around for almost 60 year! Formed as The Tornados in 1961, renamed The Golden Earrings and then shortened to Golden Earring, the band churned out hit after hit as early as their first single "Please Go" from 1965.
The band's line-up, singer Barry Hay, guitarist George Kooymans, bassist Rinus Gerritsen and drummer Cesar Zuiderwijk, has been constant from 1970 until their unfortunate end in 2021 when Kooymans was diagnosed with ALS.
Golden Earring are one of the few Dutch rock bands that scored extremely well across the ocean with their massive hit "Radar Love", which has become a staple on Rock radio ever since. But check out the immense catalog of Golden Earring. this triple LP compilation includes evergreens from all eras of the band, such as Another 45 Miles, She Flies On Strange Wings, Long Blond Animal, Twilight Zone, When The Lady Smiles, Going To The Run, Burning Stuntman and many more. In all, Golden Earring has released over 25 studio albums, 8 live albums and countless compilations, of which 50 Years Anniversary is without a doubt the most complete.
In 2015, the 50 Years Anniversary Album was released. A triple vinyl album with all their greatest songs. This 3LP compilation contains an 8-page booklet with exclusive photos.

We are a European label and for the majority of our releases, we only have the European rights, meaning that they’re produced for the European market only. Because of this, these releases are not available for purchase at our MOV shop.

Received in excellent condition. Sound quality is exceptional on this vinyl. Very happy with this purchase. Gave my CD to a friend and I’m listening to this great vinyl record now.
Although the sound of this pressing is not spectacular, it is very good! A discogs review claimed that this pressing "taps you on the shoulders and slaps you in the face" but I wouldn't go so far as to say that it does. But I would say that this pressing sounds fresh and more modern thanks to the better low-end this MOV reissue offers.
It's a very dynamic record with lots of detail and it truly is a great reissue. I did notice a remarkable sonic difference on 'Radio Silence', very detailed and modern sound.
The vinyl labels are a great touch and the printing quality of the sleeve and insert are better than the original.

Received my box set today #0013 very pleased, I knew MOV would do these records justice was surprised to see Found All The Parts as a 12” vs the original 10 I only got through In Color but plan on diving into rest all week as time allows. I know as Cheap Trick fans we all have these but do yourself a favor and get this.
