The summer holidays are almost over, so we understand the blue mood. Fortunately, we are more than able to cheer you up with this week's releases:
We proudly kick off with the new Collected album of Bachman-Turner Overdrive. This compilation album features the band's greatest songs released between 1973 and 1996 and captures their early career beautifully. The Collected package comes with liner notes and photos.
Next is a familiair one. Due to the overwhelming demand, a second limited edition is released of our exclusive issues in the Trojan Records compilation series. Both Tougher Than Tough - Trojan Rude Boy Sounds and Right On Time - Trojan Rock Steady are now available as a limited edition of each 2000 individually numbered copies on orange coloured vinyl. The package also includes a Trojan / Music On Vinyl Coaster.
You will probably see the name André Hazes come by more often, since we are releasing all five of his first albums on coloured vinyl. Today, we start off with his debutalbum Zo Is Het Leven. The album features hit singles 'De Vlieger' and 'Mama' and is now available as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered on yellow coloured vinyl.
It's a busy week! In addition to beforementioned, we're releasing Marc Moulin's sequel to Top Secret: Entertainment. This album was originally released in 2004 and is now available as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on transparent vinyl.
Lee 'Scratch' Perry's Roast Fish Collie Weed & Corn Bread is now available as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on orange coloured vinyl. The album was originally released in 1978 and although Perry had been in the Jamaican music business for a long time by 1978, this album, produced by himself at his Black Ark Studio, was the first album he released that only included songs sung by himself.
Next is Willie Nelson & Family with his 61st studio album Let's Face the Music and Dance. The album charted in both the Billboard Top Country Albums as well as the regular Billboard 200 chart. Now it's available as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on black & gold marbled vinyl.
Chuck E. Weiss released his first full-length album Extremely Cool in 1999. It features a collaboration with Tony Gilkyson and Tom Waits, who co-produced the album. Now it is pressed on purple coloured vinyl as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies and includes an insert.
Award winning jazz trumpeter Theodore Lee Croker was discovered by singer Dee Dee Bridgewater, who is also featured on the album Escape Velocity. This album is now available as a limited edition of 500 individually numbered copies on translucent blue vinyl and comes with an insert with linernotes.
Finally, Jamaican Heroes by Prince Far I is available on black vinyl.

Chuck E. Weiss is an American singer-songwriter known for mixing blues, beat poetry and rock and roll. Extremely Cool is his first full-length album, released In 1999. It features a collaboration with Tony Gilkyson and Tom Waits, who co-produced the album.
Let's Face the Music and Dance is the 61st studio album by American country legend Willie Nelson and his band The Family. Produced by Buddy Cannon, this album features a collection of standards that Nelson and his sister Bobbie Nelson played throughout their careers. He recorded the album at his Pedernales studio in Austin, Texas.

Prince Far I was a Jamaican reggae DJ and producer, and a well-known member of the Rastafarian movement. Known for his distinctive voice. On his ninth album Jamaican Heroes, he collaborated with musicians like Roots Radics and The Flying Lizards. The album was mixed by Anthony “Crucial Bunny” Graham at Channel One in Jamaica.

Although Perry had been in the Jamaican music business for a long time by 1978, this album, produced by himself at his Black Ark Studio, was the first album he released that only included songs sung by himself.
Marc Moulin's Entertainment (2004) is the perfect sequel to 2001's Top Secret, boasting 10 compositions that continue in the vein of his signature sound: blue screen Jazz with a good-humoured, cartoonish edge.
Bachman-Turner Overdrive, very often simply referred to as BTO, were a Canadian rock band active in three different intervals from 1973 until 2018, with the latest incarnation performing under the name of Bachman & Turner. MOV proudly presents new Collected compilation albums in collaboration with Universal Music. Collected is a compilation featuring the band's greatest songs released between 1973 and 1996.
