The Silverchair Collection continues with its second drop, which includes the 1996 album 'Freakshow' and the accompanying four EPs 'Freak', 'The Door', 'Abuse Me' and 'Cemetery'.
Silverchair is arguably one of the most successful Australian bands of all time. With five albums spanning 12 years, all of which crashed into the charts at No 1, 8 million international sales and 21 ARIA wins, they certainly have the statistics to compete. To celebrate their legacy, Music On Vinyl presents the Silverchair Collection. After releasing their debut album Frogstomp, it is now time for the second drop, which focuses on the 1996 album Freak Show.
Freak Show is the second studio album by Australian alternative rock band Silverchair, which was originally released in 1996. The album was well received, appeared in many charts all over the world and received a nomination for the 1997 ARIA Music Award for Best Group. This 14-track set included four singles, “Freak”, “Abuse Me”, “Cemetery” and “The Door”, which were all seperately released as EPs. All four EPs are now available on coloured vinyl.
Both Freak Show and the four EPs are now available for pre-order via Sound Factory.
