17 exclusive titles pressed on coloured vinyl
April 13th Record Store Day will be celebrated all over the world, and we're celebrating this day with you by releasing 17 exclusive titles. Pick your favourites from our four 7” singles, three 10” EPs and ten 12” LPs, all available as limited editions pressed on coloured vinyl.
Serj Tankian's (System of a Down) third solo album Harakiri is the most punk rock-oriented record he ever created and one of the finest albums he delivered as a solo musician to date. Shocking Blue's Single collection (A's & B's) part 2 continues where part 1 left off and includes songs like “Oh Lord”, “Love Buzz”, and “Deamon Lover” + a fan treat in the package. Originally released in 1973, Moontan is the album that raised the Golden Earring to an international level of popularity, primarily on the strength of the hit single and enduring radio favourite "Radar Love."
We're also releasing some wonderful 7” singles. The first one is the two songs David Bowie/Marlene Dietrich contributed to the movie Just a Gigolo (Schöner Gigolo, armer Gigolo). Bowie recorded a piece of music to the film; his so-called "Revolutionary Song" and Dietrich performed “Just a Gigolo”, the last song she recorded during her lifetime. The recordings on The 1987 Demos are 2 out of 4 songs Batmobile recorded in 1987 as a demo for the album Bail Was Set At $6,000,000, also available on Music On Vinyl. By releasing the single De Bom, Doe Maar managed to enter the Dutch chart in 1982. The band had grown into a supergroup and chose to include the instrumental song "Skunk" on the B-side. This two songs + "Man O Man" are available on this limited 7”.
New wave pioneer Robin Scott released his influential track and worldwide hit Pop Muzik in 1979 as M. Initially the track was recorded as an R&B and funk song, which now finds its way back on this special 10” RSD release, together with a Latin take and the Second Sun Remix. Roots & Culture is one of Mikey Dread's signature songs and showing his abilities to perform the rhythms and lyrics on the highest level. This 10” release is pressed on red vinyl, green vinyl and gold vinyl, delivered at random! Sivert Høyem released his EP Where Is My Moon? in 2012, including 4 previously unreleased songs. He had his breakthrough in 1999, as the singer of the rock band Madrugada.
Originally intended to be released as The Magnificent Tree Hooverphonic's sixth album was finally titled The President of the LSD Golf Club. Psychedelic/progressive rock combined with their well-known dream pop and trip-hop marked their new move into the music on this album. The legendary Dutch band Gruppo Sportivo recorded a bunch of songs which became instant classics. Vinylly! is the ultimate collection of songs released by the band, including famous songs like "Beep Beep Love", "Tokyo (I'm On My Way)" and "Disco Really Made It". The band Van Dik Hout released their self-titled debut album in 1994, which immediately charted at the top position in the Dutch hit list. Van Dik Hout became their most successful album, partly due to the hit single "Stil in Mij". Running Backwards was officially released as an exclusive K's Choice 10th-anniversary fan club release, but now finally available on vinyl. This RSD-release contains 9 songs by the Belgian band.
We also have some incredible At The Movies titles. What to think of our special 2LP Breaking Bad soundtrack, containing a selection of defining songs from the series. The package includes a postcard and sticker-sheet, and we also included a 4-page booklet with exclusive pictures and extensive liner notes by Thomas Golubić, Breaking Bad's music supervisor. The iconic Get Carter soundtrack, recorded on a tiny budget, was written by the jazz prodigy Roy Budd. Performed by Budd and two other jazz musicians Jeff Clyne and Chris Karan, both of whom were part of the Dudley Moore Trio, the distinctive score continues to inspire musicians worldwide. The French film composer Francois De Roubaix recorded the music for the Belgian cult horror classic Les Lèvres Rouges. The title track included on this 7” release is one of Francois' finest pieces of music. Our last RSD 2019 release is Turks Fruit (Turkish Delight). It contains the original soundtrack by Dutch composer Rogier Van Otterloo. The package contains a replica of the movie poster.

Breaking Bad is one of the most critically acclaimed television shows of all time. Following its premiere in 2008, the show's five-season run won 16 Emmy Awards. This special soundtrack contains a selection of defining songs from the series. The 2LP includes tracks by Dave Porter, Gnarls Barkley, J.J. Cale, Los Cuates de Sinaloa, The Beastie Boys, Badfinger, Nat King Cole and The Monkees amongst many others.

Met De Bom wist Doe Maar in 1982 de Nederlandse hitlijst te bestormen. Het nummer dat geschreven werd door toetsenist Ernst Jansz behaalde een nummer 1 positie in de Top 40. Naast de keyboards nam Ernst ook het merendeel van de vocalen voor zijn rekening. De band was inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een supergroep en koos als B-kant voor het instrumentale nummer “Skunk”, geschreven door Henny Vrienten.
De in Den Helder opgerichte band Van Dik Hout kwam in 1994 met hun zelf getitelde debuutalbum, waarmee ze het direct wisten te schoppen tot in de top van de Nederlandse hitlijst. Van Dik Hout groeide uit tot hun succesvolste album, mede vanwege de hitsingle “Stil in Mij”.
Turks Fruit (Turkish Delight) contains the original soundtrack by Dutch composer Rogier Van Otterloo, for the cult film of the same name. Featuring Jazz pianist Louis van Dyke and harmonica player Toots Thielemans, the music is mildly melancholic and exuberant at times.
