In 1968 the brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael Jackson signed with Motown Records and became the first group to debut with four consecutive #1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including “ABC”. The Iranian German composer Ramin Djawadi created the musical pieces to the multiple award winning series Westworld. His musical craft can be heard in his demonstration of great versatility by alternating between aggressive action and intimate drama. Djawadi's score evokes a sense of mystery while balancing the Western and electric elements of the series.
Swedish nu-disco group Alcazar found their origin in 1998 and became one of Sweden's most successful groups both nationally and internationally. Worldwide, Alcazar sold over 12 million records between 2001 and 2004. Their first single “Shine On” initiated a rocket start for the pop group, but it was their hit “Crying At The Discoteque” that charted globally. Both singles are featured on the debut album Casino.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage is highly anticipated 2021 superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics character Venom. Marco Beltrami is an American composer and conductor of film and television scores. Notable works include the Scream series, Resident Evil, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and The Wolverine. He has been nominated for two Academy Awards for 3:10 to Yuma (2007) and The Hurt Locker (2008), and a Golden Globe Award for A Quiet Place (2018). He won a Satellite Award for Soul Surfer (2011).
Black Train Jack is known as the hardcore troupe from 90s New York. The band was founded by Token Entry's Ernie Parada, Nine Lives' Rob Vitale and joined by former Token Entry roadie Brian on bass and Nick on drums, who was new in music. Black Train Jack obviously owed stylistic debts to Agnostic Front and Murphy's Law, but with more of an ear for melody.
