The successful progressive metal band Dream Theater released their debut studio album When Dream and Day Unite in 1989. With Charlie Dominici on vocals they took their first step to become one of the world's best known bands in the progressive metal scene. The American band Earth, Wind & Fire released their eighth and most well-known studio album All 'N All in 1977. The album features hit singles such as "Fantasy" and "Serpentine Fire".
