This week we bring you two brand new albums in the Collected series.
Charles Aznavour is out now. A trifold 3LP deluxe edition on limited "French Flag" coloured vinyl! A wonderful collection of hits and classic chansons by the 93 year old artist.
"The Power Of Love", " Hip To Be Square", "Stuck With You", Grammy award winnerHuey Lewis And The News is one of the most significant bands of the 80s and the 90s.A limited edition of 1.500 copies of their Collected album, including all their smash hits, is now available on red vinyl.
After reissuing Catherine Wheel's album Ferment [MOVLP1880], we now present you the reissue of their second album, Chrome. The first pressing is available in a quantity of 1500 copies on silver vinyl.
GASS! The Edison award winning album Gate 16 by the Dutch hip hop collective and hit-machine Rotterdam Airlines is now available on white vinyl! Only 500 copies are available.
Our next series of classic Trojan's have arrived. Black Ash Dub by Sly & The Revolutionaries is widely heralded as one of the finest dub collections of the era and considered an essential addition to the collections of all fans of the genre.The Heptones & Their Friends album by The Heptones features a selection of superior reggae sides alongside hugely popular works from three of the reggae's biggest stars of the period. Both albums are available on 'Trojan' orange vinyl, but be quick, both are limited editions.
Laughing Cavalier by the Belgian Band Wallace Collection was recorded in the Abbey Road Studios and became an overnight success. Their major international hit "Daydreamin" (I fell asleep amid the flowers) has been sampled and covered over the years by Portishead (Glory Box), Lupe Fiasco & Jill Scott and many more. This reissue contains the original 1969 Abbey Road recording!
Last but not least, Just Because I'm a Woman is Dolly Parton's second solo studio album. Some of the feminist subjects on the album were considered a bit edgy when it was first released in 1968. The album contains seven originals and five covers by one of the best country singers in the world.
