The Tracks of My Tears

This week we got two brand new releases from our exclusively composed Collected series. The first one is the career spanning collection of songs from Colin Blunstone. This Collected release covers the early days when he was a member of The Zombies, his solo work and collaborations with, among others, The Alan Parsons Project. Colin Blunstone Collected includes liner notes and is available as a limited first pressing of 1.500 individually numbered copies pressed on white vinyl. The second Collected release focuses on Louis Armstrong career. He was one of the most influential figures in the jazz scene and recorded classics like "What A Wonderful World" and "Hello, Dolly!". With his recognizable voice and skilled scat singing he released songs both as a solo artist as in collaborations with, among others, Ella Fitzgerald, Bing Crosby and Billie Holliday. The Louis Armstrong Collected package includes a 4-page booklet with liner notes and is available as a limited first pressing of 2.000 individually numbered copies on green vinyl.

Unfortunately, last Friday news reached us that Damageplan drummer Vinnie Paul passed away at the age of 54. Just one week before our already planned release of the Damageplan album New Found Power. We're paying our respects to his family and friends. As the follow-up of Pantera the brothers Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul Abbott formed the band Damageplan. During their short existence they recorded one album, New Found Power, which will now be available on vinyl for the very first time. During a live performance on December 8 2004 guitarist Dimebag Darrell was shot and killed by a gunman. This ended the existence of the band. Our last release is the third album, Pleasure Ground, by the Dutch band Fatal Flowers. It's a critically acclaimed album with both raw as melodic songs. They are unique by the kind of blues and rock riffs, which set them apart from the punk and new wave bands from the 80s. Pleasure Ground is available as a limited first pressing of 500 individually numbered copies on Red vinyl. In September we will release their other successful album Younger Days.
