A Fantastic Woman (Spanish: Una mujer fantástica) is a 2017 drama film directed by Sebastián Lelio and written by Lelio and Gonzalo Maza. Matthew Herbert is an award-winning composer, artist, producer and writer. He has had work commissioned by the Royal Opera House, the BBC and has remixed iconic artists such as Quincy Jones, Ennio Morricone and been a longtime collaborator of Bjork's, but he is best known for working with sound, turning ordinary or so-called found sound in to electronic music.
Fear of God was a Los Angeles metal band, formed in 1991 by members of the thrash band Detente, including vocalist Dawn Crosby. Their debut album Within the Veil remains as Crosby's most defining personal moment, like a heavy and almost autobiographical document of a woman losing herself both externally and internally.
The Calling is the third EP by Iranian-born Dutch artist Sevdaliza, originally released in 2018 and features the singles “Soul Syncable” and “Human Nature”.
This year Music On Vinyl in cooperation with Sony Music and Alex Callier are releasing 4 Hooverphonic remix Eps. Each EP represents a Hooverphonic album; A New Stereophonic Sound Spectacular, Blue Wonder Power Milk, The Magnificent Tree and Presents Jackie Cane.
The Magnificent Tree album is the third studio album by Hooverphonic, originally released in 2000. It is considered to be one of the most expensive Belgian albums ever.
Lee 'Scratch' Perry was a pioneer of dub music and worked together with artists such as Bob Marley and the Wailers, The Clash and The Beastie Boys. At the age of 84, he passed away this year, but will be remembered as a true icon.
This legendary album of Lee Perry's The Upsetters brings together the very best of Jamaican reggae music. Some very rare tracks and artists are collected in this record, such as Junior Murvin's 'Cross Over', Windston Heywood's 'Long, Long Time' and Eric Donaldson's 'Freedom Street'.
