The official soundtrack to the first season of the acclaimed historical drama Vikings is now, for the first time, available on vinyl, offering fans and collectors a rich and immersive listening experience. Composed by Emmy Award-winning composer Trevor Morris (The Tudors, The Borgias, Dragon Age: Inquisition), the score captures the raw intensity, emotional depth, and mythic atmosphere that helped define the tone of the series. From sweeping orchestral moments to brooding ambient textures, the music reflects the harsh beauty of the Viking world and its complex characters.
One of the standout tracks is the opening theme, “If I Had A Heart” by Swedish artist Fever Ray, whose haunting vocals and minimalist electronics set the tone for the series. The track became iconic, earning recognition for its unique contribution to the show’s identity. The series itself has received widespread acclaim and multiple awards, both for its storytelling and technical execution, with the music playing a vital role in its success.
Vikings (Music From The TV Series) is available for the first time on vinyl as a limited edition of 750 numbered copies on blue coloured vinyl. This 2LP package includes a 4-page booklet with pictures and liner notes by Trevor Morris.

We are a European label and for the majority of our releases, we only have the European rights, meaning that they’re produced for the European market only. Because of this, these releases are not available for purchase at our MOV shop.

A pre-order product is a product which still needs to be produced. So, after your purchase, you won’t receive this product immediately. We strive to send these on the Release Date which you can find on the product page under the collapsible tab called “Details”.
Keep in consideration that manufacturing processes can always turn out to be delayed so this Release Date, acts as a guideline.
When the ordered item is in stock, we always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Received in excellent condition. Sound quality is exceptional on this vinyl. Very happy with this purchase. Gave my CD to a friend and I’m listening to this great vinyl record now.
Although the sound of this pressing is not spectacular, it is very good! A discogs review claimed that this pressing "taps you on the shoulders and slaps you in the face" but I wouldn't go so far as to say that it does. But I would say that this pressing sounds fresh and more modern thanks to the better low-end this MOV reissue offers.
It's a very dynamic record with lots of detail and it truly is a great reissue. I did notice a remarkable sonic difference on 'Radio Silence', very detailed and modern sound.
The vinyl labels are a great touch and the printing quality of the sleeve and insert are better than the original.

Received my box set today #0013 very pleased, I knew MOV would do these records justice was surprised to see Found All The Parts as a 12” vs the original 10 I only got through In Color but plan on diving into rest all week as time allows. I know as Cheap Trick fans we all have these but do yourself a favor and get this.
Good version well packed arrived in tip top condition. Excellent customer service too…
