It was one of the first singles in the UK to reach the Top 40 without a release on 7" vinyl. The Faît Accompli EP is co-produced by Flood, who has worked with a wide variety of artists, including U2, Depeche Mode, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, and New Order amongst others.

It was released on 24 February 1992, and reached #22 in the UK singles chart, becoming their highest-charting single in the UK. It was one of the first singles in the UK to reach the Top 40 without a release on 7" vinyl.
This EP is co-produced by Flood, who has worked with a wide variety of artists, including U2, Depeche Mode, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, and New Order amongst others. The B-side features two non-album tracks "Arms Out" and "Sigh".
The 12-inch Faît Accompli is available as a limited edition of 750 individually numbered copies on yellow and translucent green marbled vinyl and includes an insert with other titles from the Curve EP Series.
