The album Travelling in the U.S.A., the follow up to Blues On The Ceiling, saw the Bintangs continue their sound. The album includes the three singles "Ridin' On The L&N", "Travelling In The U.S.A" and "He Didn't Wanna Go Home", which all achieved success in the Dutch Single Top 100.
The Bintangs is one of the oldest blues rock bands from the Netherlands. After Blues On The Ceiling - their album which featured blues covers - the Bintangs continued with their own sound and released Travelling In The U.S.A.. The album included three singles, “Ridin' On The L&N”, “He Didn't Wanna Go Home” and the title track, which all charted well. Most songs on the album are written by band member Arti Kraayeveld and produced by Tony Vos, who also produced for Cuby & the Blizzards, Boudewijn de Groot, Ekseption, Jack van Poll and other great Dutch musicians.
Travelling In The U.S.A. is available as a limited edition of 500 individually numbered copies on white coloured vinyl.
