In 1989, Dutch art-rockers The Nits released a live album called "Urk", recorded live in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Moscow (but not in Dutch fisher-town Urk). It became the band's greatest commercial album-success, eventually reaching platinum status.
Featured on this album are the band's biggest hits like 'In The Dutch Mountains', 'J.O.S. Days' and 'Nescio'. Also included are many albumtracks, sometimes thoroughly re-arranged for their live renditions, thus showcasing their strong live reputation.
