Just wanted to say: SWEET THING to release the "Silverchair-Neon Ballroom" on vinyl....

Do you have any plans to release their MASTERPIECE "DIORAMA" as well?? It would be awesome if you did, cause that´s their best album to date, and the hardest one to get on vinyl, since there´s only 500 copies released....and IF you find it, it will cost you over $200. =)

Last thing, another great album for you to re-release would be "TOOL-AENIMA".....i'm so sick and tired to see all the BAD/UGLY bootlegs on eBaY....and there´s only 1 place that could give this great album justice, a re-release on "Music On Vinyl" !!

Yea Diorama is probably their best effort to date and I am lucky enough to be one of the 500 that got a copy on vinyl. It sounds pretty damn good, but I bet a MOV press would sound a little better. Also, YES for Tool Aenima.

Any other Silverchair and AIC would be fantastic.

Agreed, so glad to see Neon Ballroom getting a release. But are their any plans for Diorama? That would be incredible.

YES, Alice in Chains - MTV Unplugged is planned for an end of August release, Eddie Vedder's 'Into the Wild' will be unleashed again around the 3rd week of September; more news on these 2 coming soon on this site, our Facebook and Twitter accounts! Spread the word...

I've heard you're releasing 1965 by the Afghan Whigs with 7 bonus tracks? Is this true? That would be amazing!

Please stop destroying the vinyl industri with your badly produced records. Please respect the artists who wants to make limited editions! By releasing "Into the Wild" you have just destroyed the mystic feeling about this great album. Please respect that limited vinyl releases gives the vinyl industri a unique feeling and if you keep repressing 'meant to be' limited pressings, you will destroy this special feeling and make the whole vinyl thing mainstream!!!

Into the wild has been on want-list for ages. Now I can buy it for a good price, thank you so much!!

I think the fan/collector of some artist still would pay more for the firstpress. But its good that there is some reprints for people who just wants to find an album easily..

As much as we respect your opinion, we would like to emphasize 2 things:

Needless to say, ALL of our releases are produced with the cooperation of the rightowners. We feel a repressing of the Into The Wild LP will just give more people the chance of enjoying this fine album on vinyl. And at an affordable price to go with that...This should in no way harm the mystic vibe of this album.

Also, we take great pride in the quality of our releases; we'd like to hear more about your claim of our records being badly produced.

Hi again and thanks for your replies. I think your record company would be so much more original if you tried to release albums on vinyl, that hasn't been released on vinyl before. So many great albums have never been published on vinyl and it such a shame. If you released Mark Lanegan - Field Songs on vinyl I would be forever thankful and by releasing such albums that never came out on vinyl before you would become a legendary record company that would be remembered for it's originality and not only for repressing albums that's already out on vinyl:-)

Het originele artwork van de LP's zal wel vernietigd zijn. De kwaliteit van het drukwerk van de door mij aangeschafte LP's is niet geweldig. Voor b.v. de hoes van Eight Miles High van Golden Earring is een hoes van de Franse uitgave gebruikt, waarom niet de Nederlandse versie die is mooier. Al met al zijn de afbeeldingen te zwart, dichtgelopen bij het drukken denk ik of niet goed gescand.

Hi please consider this comment with upmost importance. Would there be any chance that you would be able to release Jerry Cantrells double album degradation trip vols 1+2 on vinyl. It has never been pressed on vinyl and also his first solo album boggy depot, also could you post some details on the reissue of above by mad season and also could you re-release any of the stone temple pilots albums and also any of the black crowes, and last but by far not least MOBYS PLAY please let us know. Thankyou.

Please could you consider some proper remaster vinyl re-issues of Grant Hart, Paul Westerberg and irish artist Marc Carroll Your releases thus far are utterly excellent. Great sound and packaging and music that matters. Thank you MOV for keeping this music alive.

Is it an idea to put an online webshop, to sell your vinyl?

Awesome selection of titles. The pressings I have bought from Music On Vinyl of Rage Against The Machine and Opeth are the best pressing audiophile quality out there. It would be nice to see Opeth's Ghost Reveries be pressed by your company, but I totally agree with Tomas, there needs to be a re-issue of TOOL's Aenima and for that matter their entire catalouge. A Music On Vinyl pressing of TOOL - Salival would be none other than top notch! Keep up the great releases and quality slabs!

As a long-time vinyl fan, I'd like to thank you for your quality work. You rock! I hope that some day soon you will 'fill the gaps' in the vinyl catalogue of many great bands. Any chance to see these on vinyl?

I´m very satisfied owner of Elvis Presley I and 3 LP sampler. First LP was probably remastered (sound is very good regarding technical limits of 50´s). But same songs on LP1 of sampler sound probably different. Different masters? I suppose original master was used on sampler (50 greatest hits).
What about another titles?

I emailed you guys asking about the Silverchair release and the Michael Jackson - Invincible and was told that 24/96 digital masters were used ("So def. no CD mastering"). However, upon inspection of the waveform when recorded into the computer, it's become apparent that the CD master was in fact used in the case of the Silverchair album (proof being a 21k cutoff, matching the original release, and clipping of the waveform in the exact same areas, which definitely wouldn't have been on the master tape). What possible benefit will this release have over any other copies, CD or vinyl, currently in existence?

We used original masters to press both Invincible and Neon Ballroom and our pressings substantiate the claim we didn’t use CD masters. We understand that making a false claim would be very unwise.
So far your complaint about Neon Ballroom has been the sole complaint we received.
