One of the longest running and still active Rhythm & Blues Bands from Holland, The Bintangs were founded in 1961 by brothers Frank and Arti Kraaijeveld and performed in different line-ups.  In 1966 they were warm-up act for The Rolling Stones during their concert in Den Bosch and in 1967 acted as warm-up for The Kinks.
